Agreement To These Terms

By creating an account, tapping Send code, tapping Start, purchasing a subscription, opening Preserve, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Preserve.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Preserve. Preserve is intended for personal fitness and nutrition habit support. If you use Preserve on behalf of another person, you are responsible for having authority to do so.

Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your email account and device secure. Preserve relies on your inputs, such as age, height, weight, goal weight, equipment, training experience, medication category, dose rhythm, symptoms, and check-ins. Inaccurate or incomplete information can make suggestions less useful. You can delete your account and associated app data from app Settings or by contacting support.

Fitness, Nutrition, And Medication Disclaimer

• Preserve provides general fitness, nutrition habit, and behavior-support information.
• Preserve does not replace a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian, trainer, or other professional.
• Do not change medication, dosage, timing, treatment, or clinical care based on Preserve.
• If symptoms are severe, persistent, or concerning, contact your healthcare provider or emergency services.
• Exercise and nutrition changes carry risk. Use judgment, stop if something feels unsafe, and seek professional advice where appropriate.

Training Plans, Protein Targets, And Claims

Preserve generates plans from fitness programming rules, exercise metadata, your profile, your equipment, your preferred training days, your training experience, and your medication rhythm. Plans are research-informed and intended to support strength training consistency, protein awareness, and recovery habits during weight loss.

Preserve does not guarantee fat loss, muscle retention, strength gains, symptom improvement, medication outcomes, or any specific body-composition result. Projections in the app are educational estimates only. They are not medical predictions and may not match your individual outcome.

AI-Assisted Coaching

Preserve may use AI systems to draft coach responses and proposed plan changes. AI can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. Coach proposals must be reviewed by you before they apply. AI responses are not medical, dietary, pharmaceutical, or emergency advice.

Communications

By providing your email address, you agree that Preserve may send you transactional emails needed to operate your account, such as sign-in codes, and lifecycle and follow-up emails about your Preserve experience, such as reminders to finish signing in, trial and onboarding guidance, subscription updates, and win-back messages if your trial or subscription ends. You can unsubscribe from lifecycle and follow-up emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails; transactional sign-in emails are required to access your account. How we handle email is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are managed through the applicable app store and subscription providers. The purchase screen shows the subscription name, price, billing period, and renewal context before purchase. Apple or the applicable store confirms billing before any charge. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation, refunds, and billing are handled by the store where you purchased unless otherwise stated in the app.

Medication Names And Third Parties

Medication names such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, and Rybelsus may appear so users can label their own records. Preserve does not sell, prescribe, supply, endorse, or administer medication. Preserve is not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners of those trademarks.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Preserve, attempt to access another user's data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or use Preserve for unlawful, unsafe, or medical-emergency purposes.

Your Content And License

You keep ownership of information you enter into Preserve. You give Preserve permission to use that information as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, including generating plans, displaying progress, running notifications, processing subscriptions, and providing AI-assisted coaching as described in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy And Health Data

Your use of Preserve is governed by our Privacy Policy. Health, fitness, medication, nutrition, symptom, and coach-message information can be sensitive. Do not enter information you do not want processed for Preserve features.

Availability And Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Preserve may not always be available and may contain bugs or errors.

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preserve is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Preserve will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate for your circumstances, or suitable for a particular health, fitness, nutrition, or medical outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, health outcomes, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as Preserve changes. The updated date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of Preserve after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
